French language collection of essays about the Canadian post WWI French mission of Marshal Fayolle to thank the Canadian parents of soldiers who fell in combat to liberate France. As part of that mission various experts were asked to research ways of developing and improving relations between France and the Dominion of Canada. These essays cover many facets of life in Canada and the history of this mission.
