19 p. 22 cm. Paper covers have deterioration at spine, large chip from bottom rear, green stain on rear cover and last page, a bit of wear and soiling elsewhere. Very clean inside except ink stain at bottom of first page of text. The by-laws concern: the harbour master himself; the arrival of vessels; vessels lying in the harbour; loading and unloading; departure of vessels; vehicles (eg. omnibuses, cabs, caleches, trucks, carts, etc.), fines and penalties.
