England's North Road Club was founded in 1885 to promote fast and long distance bicycle riding on the Great North and other roads. Issues describe excursions of the members (complete with liquid refreshments at various termini), speeches from Annual Dinners, official notices, lists of new members, etc. Edwardian gentlemen combining fun with exercise. The publication was circulated privately to members of the club.
