A plain, but full Exposition of the Catechism of the Church of England
NICHOLSON, William, Bishop of Gloucester
Nicholson actively defended the doctrine and discipline of the Church of England, in illustration of its teaching. His Exposition of the Apostles' Creed and Exposition of the Church Catechism were both written for the instruction of his former parishioners at Llandilo. "Enjoyned to be Learned of Every Child, before he be brought to be Confirmed by the Bishop."
