Regular price $100.00 Sale

Lacroix's most famous work is the three-volume "Traité du calcul différentiel et du calcul intégral", an encyclopedic appraisal of 18th-century calculus which remained the standard reference on the subject through much of the 19th century. His texts were written originally in French. Lacroix wrote most of his texts in hopes of improving the minds of his own students, whom he taught in classes at Ecole Polytechnique and College de France.
