A devastating grain terminal and waterfront fire occurred in Saint John, New Brunswick on June 22, 1931, destroying the No. 7 Canadian Pacific Railway (CPR) dock, local immigration facilities, and surrounding structures on the city's lower west side. Damage was estimated at approximately $10,000,000 at the time.
