24 cm folded policy in envelope. Unfolds to 48 cm. Insurance of $1000 placed on the life of George Campbell of Cheltenham in the Co. of Peel, Ontario. Policy and envelope are soiled and have rusty staple marks. Also included is a receipt for the annual premium of $42.25, signed by managing director John F. Ellis. The latter has many folds, chipped corner, and a large tear.
