Details: 338 p. 20 cm. Colour frontispiece by Marie Lawson. Blue cloth in mylar-covered dustjacket. Jacket has tears, chips and holes in darkened spine. Small tears in edges. Book itself has faded spine and some faded spots or marks on boards. Ink inscription on front free endpaper. No frontispiece and shows no evidence of ever having one, either due to a binding error, or because the Canadian edition didn't get one.
