Explains that the profits from the sale of the book to Book-of-the-Month Club members would be given to a special fund to aid refugee children. Flyer has a horizontal fold and chips in edges. In addition to this, there is a 14 p. yellow-papered "Note to this special edition" inserted ahead of half title, including a review of Mein Kampf by Dorothy Thompson.
