Includes Ancaster, Barton, Beverly, Binbrook, Dundas, East and West Flamboro, Glanford, Saltfleet, Waterdown. Between pp. 31 and 35 is a second title page, "The Revised By-Laws of The County of Wentworth, Being a consolidation of the By-Laws of the Gore District Council, the United Counties of Wentworth and Halton, and of the County of Wentworth, As relates to matters within the County of Wentworth, and now in force," published in Dundas by James Somerville, 1881. At rear is "By-Laws of the County of Wentworth dating from January 26th, 1881, to January 29th, 1887, and numbered from 304 to 353. Revised by Order of the Council, and Being a Continuation of a previous revision contained in this book, ending at By-Law 300," printed at Dundas by Somerville, 1887. Laws concern the fees of the gaol surgeon, duties of the game inspector, toll roads in Saltfleet, etc.
