Apparently a manifesto for a new fascist entity in 1933 Italy. "1933 Anno XI" refers to the year 1933 under the Italian Fascist calendar, Anno XI being the 11th year of the Fascist era, which started from 1922. The text lists Antonio Pilati, Mario Panato, Narciso Sacchetto, Luigi Ferrigato, and Ruggero Corradi, along with their parents' names and dates of birth. Ruggero Corradi is Commander of the F.N.M. The young men live in Boschi San Marco, a hamlet in the province of Verona. The handwritten text, written by Corradi, gives the history of the group, an outline for a youth revolution, numbered arguments, and illustrations for logos, crests, badges, and uniform illustrations.
