The Abysmal Brute

LONDON, Jack

Regular price $250.00 CAD Sale

London's novel about an unsocial log-cabin hermit turned famous boxer. Our hero wins over a beautiful girl and the corrupt boxing world at the same time, proving he's not so "abysmal" after all. Believed to have been inspired by London's coverage of the 1910 Johnson-Jeffries fight in Reno. One page of ads on last page verso.
