    30 cm tan folder contains: letter from the Town of Niagara-on-the-Lake from Lord Mayor Fred S. Goring, glossary of architectural terms, and 13 home illustrations by Balbar with descriptions. The latter include a slave cottage, Nenagh Hall, Delatre Lodge, many more. Folder has map of the town inside front cover and instructions on framing prints inside rear cover. First and last pages a bit discoloured from "bleeding" from folder. Tear in rear of folder and stain on front. Dampstains on its spine.
