Shaugnessy Heights was an elite Vancouver neighbourhood planned by the CPR in 1907. Named after railroad president Thomas Shaugnessy, the posh subdivision did not allow homes that could be built for under $6,000 and all home designs had to meet with company approval. Lots went on sale in September 1909 and numerous grand mansions were built in what's now a heritage Conservation District. This plan, updated to January 1, 1932, shows parks, street names, and surnames of lot owners.
