Vol. 5 in the series. iv, 216, [4] p. 20 cm. B&w frontispiece. Tan cloth with black and red impressing. In mylar-covered pictorial dustjacket. Jacket has multiple chips and tears, some affecting the lettering on both panels and spine. Spine lettering is extremely faded. A couple of spots on lower portion of spine. Tiny hole in jacket front hinge. Book itself has small label on front pstedown, some marks to edges and paper within. Dampstains to top corner of first pages and front jacket flap.
