Vol. 8 in the series. iv, 214, [6] p. 20 cm. B&w frontispiece. Tan cloth with black and red impressing. In mylar-covered pictorial dustjacket. Most of rear panel of jacket is missing, spine ends are chipped as well. Scratches on remainder of jacket spine and spine print is almost entirely faded away. Book itself has tiny label on front pastedown, ink signature on front free endpaper.
