Quarter green leather with marbled paper boards, faded marbled text block edges, gilt impressing to spines, green leather tips. Edges worn, boards rubbed, some scuffs to spines. Foxing mainly to first and last pages. Ink signatures on front endpapers, a few notes on title pages. A few signatures jutting out slightly. French text. First seven books are "Consuelo" but at rear of second volume is "Jean Ziska, Épisode de la Guerre des Hussites."
