In January 1902 the Michigan Motor Co. announced it was taking over the Church Manufacturing plant to produce an automobile as well as to continue making the Church gasoline engine. Over the next few years the Church Mfg. Co. produced three different brands. No name is given for this runabout model with a tiller.
