xv, 88 p. 29 cm. 18 b&w illustrations. Grey cloth with gold print. All edges gilt. Bevelled edges. Respined with original laid on. Some light wear to edges and corners bumped. Hinges repaired. Front free endpaper and next page have lower corners repaired. All repairs professional. Ink inscription at front "Capt. & Mrs. R. L. Carr, Canadian General Hospital, Orpington Kent , England 1916-17-18." Some stains and discolouration to first pages. A little thumbing and staining in a few locations inside.
