Alexander Fraser (1860-1936) became the first Archivist of Ontario in 1903 and continued in that position until his retirement in 1935. Part of his job was to produce annual reports, generally containing transcripts of records dealing with early Ontario history, government records, and court records held by the archives. This third report, from 1905, consists mainly of the minutes of the proceedings of old Land Boards.
