By a Noble Lord, John Earl of Middletown, Lord Cleremont, and Fettercairn, His Majesties High Commissioner, for holding of this Parliament, by vertue of a Commission under his Majesties great Seal of this Kingdom. With the special advice and consent of the Estates of Parliament." Second section deals with topics such as ale and beir, bankrupts, drunkenness, football and golf, idiotrie, leper-folk, pestlence, common women, etc.
