    Vol. 1 only. iv, 5-556, [4] p. 45 cm leatherbound folio with gilt on spine and marbled endpapers. Includes engraved frontispiece of "Britannia" and numerous additional engraved illustrations throughout the text. Tear in upper spine, front hinge cracking, scuffs and rubbing to boards, corners worn. Ink signatures on front endpapers. Frontispiece has a few spots and some holes, and is stuck to the front free endpaper. Some dampstains and thumbing to first pages but most of the rest of the book clean.
