Chips and tears to leather on spines and hinges, including spine label on vol. III. Corners bumped. Round bookplates on two front pastedowns for the White family, baronets of Wallingwells, Nottinghamshire, as well as ink inscriptions for "Wallingwells Study Closet." Nice pencil portrait on front free endpaper in vol. I. A front endpaper chipped in vol. I. Endpapers torn and chipped in vol. II along with some dampstains. Vol. III has small hole in front pastedown and dampstains to bottoms of last few leaves.
