Apparently a piracy of the History of America by Jedidiah Morse, the notable geographer whose textbooks became a staple for students in the United States. Begins with brief description of British America (pp. 16-32). The "New Discoveries" occupy four leaves at the end and contain accounts of Captain Cook's discoveries of the Sandwich Islands and Nootka Sound. Sabin 57181.
