Details: xii, 361 p. 20 cm. Illustrated with a frontispiece and three other plates by Henry Hutt. Grey paper-covered boards, lighter grey cloth spine, decorated and printed in black on cover and spine. A little light soiling to front board. In mylar-covered dustjacket that is soiled on the spine and rear panels. Small red mark on front cover of jacket. Has a 3 cm triangular chip at the head of the spine panel and some chips from rear cover, both top and bottom.
