Over 350 b&w illustrations and decorations. 6 full-size colour plates including two-page spread of Hamburg harbour and a colour map of the North Sea. Matching marbled text block edge. Light wear except for bumped lower spine and fading in spots on the upper quarter of the front board. Some foxing to endpapers but text pages clean and unmarked. A beautiful book.
