Letters of Obscure Men is a witty satire, mainly written by Rubanius and von Hutten (but possibly others) in the early 16th century. The "letters" address the political and academic concerns of the time and appear to criticize anti-Semitism, anti-humanism, the papacy, princes, obscurantism, etc.
