Details: 3 vols.: viii, 296; 350; 372 p. 16 cm. Vol. I has 5 engraved plates, vols. II & III have 4 engraved plates in each. Leather bindings with gilt trim on spines. All edges red. Marbled endpapers. Corners bumped, spine ends a bit chipped, gilt wearing off spines. A few signatures loosening and jutting out. Vols. II & III have labels on front pastedowns; a similar label on vol. I removed but some stains to front free endpaper. Stain to vol. III frontispiece. French text.
