Details: First, we have two 15 cm b&w photos of four children in "before" and "after" shots, first photo shows their original condition, the second shows their spruced-up smiling cared-for look.These photos are pasted to a piece of paper. The second photo is dampstained. Included, but not attached to the paper, is a second copy of the "before" picture and and other photo of impoverished children, this time a gorup of seven. Top corner of that photo is chipped. On rear an ink inscription states: "Children brought into the shelter by Fred S. Hill." Location unknown.
