Details: 193 p. 22 cm. Hardcover in mylar-covered dustjacket. Quarter cloth with paper boards. In mylar-covered dustjacket. Jacket has tears and creases to edges, esp. around spine, and price-clipped front flap. Book itself has softened spine ends and slightly discoloured edges. Front free endpaper and first few leaves have dampstained bottom margins. Also stains at bottom edges of pp. 150-162. A little speckling to top edge.
