Vol. II illustrated with a frontispiece and three other plates, plus 61 woodcuts in the text. Brown cloth, gilt on spine, dark green endpapers, top edges gilt. The spines show the imprint of S. E. Cassino, Boston. Worn spine ends. Four leaves of the Contents and Illustrations in vol. 1 stick out and have torn edges.
