Rare work by Franz, Graf von Pocci depicting anthropomorphic pansies in a variety of activities, each accompanied by a verse written by himself. Comical or creepy?Former owner was Myra Howland Buncher of Troy, New York (1862-1925) who married George F. Hope. The couple are buried in Belleville, Ontario.
