Leaflets glued to pastedowns. Both hinges cracking internally. Ink inscription (Miss Maud Carter, Pt. Rowan) on front free endpaper. Some chips and tears to front endpapers, thumbing throughout. Tear in bottom of rear page. Ink stamp on rear page has marked opposite page. A few clippings inserted at rear, poetry, not Columbian decorative art.
