Details: 61, [3] p. 21 cm. 14 plates, 8 in colour. Red cloth with black impressing and pasted-on illustration. In mylar-covered pictorial dustjacket. Jacket is missing lower front panel, spine ends and has other chips and tears as well as dampstains. Ink inscription from 1918 on front free endpaper and former owner's name (Donald Bright) and address on front pastedown and rear free endpaper. Rear flap clipped. Another signature at top front of jacket in pencil.
