The annual calendars produced by the Toronto Art League are milestones in the history of Canadian graphic arts. Each calendar had a different theme, which in 1899 was Canadian country life. This issue includes such artists as F. H. Brigden, C. W. Jefferys, C. H. Clark, C. M. Manly, R. Holmes, and others.
