Aleijadinho (or Antônio Francisco Lisboa) is said to have been a colonial Brazilian sculptor and architect, noted for his works on various churches. His crowning achievement seems to have been the Twelve Prophets at the Sanctuary of Bom Jesus of Matosinhos at Congonhas. Portuguese text.
