Lettering on spine fading. Hinges cracking internally. Inscription to Marion Ferguson from her grandfather the author signed Dec. 26, 1920 with quotation by Charles Kingsley. Foxing. Small holes in pp. 53-58 slightly affecting text. Also holes in Effigy Pipe plate and following pages to p. 70. P. 70 and plate following have tears top right corner. Tiny hole in rear plate of Drainage Modifications in Scioto County.
