Born in Wingham, Ontario, Alice Munro's works look at relationships in everyday life, usually in Southwestern Ontario. Among her many awards are three Governor General's (the most for any author), two Giller prizes, and, most recently, the Nobel Prize for Literature. Foreword by Hugh Garner.
