Gold impressing on spine wearing thin. Endpapers are chipped and coming loose. Bookplates of former owner, John Murphy Bishop (Cork, 1815) on both pastedowns. Ink stamps and notations. Thumbing and staining. Ink notes and tears to title page. Some worm holes, especially in rear index. Chipped bottom corner on p. 145 does not affect text.
