Rear board and last four leaves detached, much of spine missing. Edges and corners worn, especially bottom front. Ex-library with ink notation on spine and front pastedown. Bookplates (one of Alfred Master, F.R.C.S.) and ink notations to front endpapers. Ink inscription dated 1666 at top of title page. Ink notes on title, at end of dedication by Rich. Blome, p. 154. Repaired tears at bottom of pp. 37, 85, 99-102, 195, and 331. Irregularity in paging: four un-numbered pages inserted between p. 402-403. Occasional dampstains and spots. A decent text block in need of a rebind.
