The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus

BAUM, L. Frank; CLARK, Mary Cowles (illus.)

Regular price $300.00 Sale

Fashioned as a whimsical fairy tale, The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus was published in 1902, just two years after L. Frank Baum's masterpiece, The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Baum personally chose his friend Mary Clark as illustrator. Since she illustrated very little else, her work here is a rarity.
