Victorian performer's carte de visite photo advertising a singing group called Hurtt's Juvenile Quartet. Four child singers in the 1870s-80s traveled and sang under the management of their father Abel L. Hurtt. Other siblings in the group were Abel, May and Frank. It's assumed such souvenirs as these would be sold at their concerts in such places as Detroit, Chicago and their home state of Indiana.
