    5 vols. 540p. 564p, 525p, 544p, 542p. 28.5 cm blue cloth bindings with gold and black impressing and design on spines and front boards. Gold edging on pages. Numerous b&w photographs, maps, and illustrations throughout the volumes. Spines darkened from shelf life with bumps and small tears to board corners, hinges, and extremes of spine. Scuffing and soiling to boards. Inside, pages are clean and text unmarked. Endpapers torn along hinge in vols. 3 & 4. Some evidence of water damage to back corner of vol. 2 with discolouration to endpaper and staining. Back board to vol. 1 discoloured and stained.
