Rodney Graham (b. 1949) is a British Columbian artist whose work follows the 1970s photoconceptual tradition. Many of his works are based on found books and feature additional pages, bookmarks, textual loops, and optical devices. This study of his work features Jeff Wall's "Into the Forest," Matthew Teitelbaum's "Returning to the Present or Writing a Place in the World," Boris Groys's "In the Context of Modernism," Marie-Ange Brayer's "Rodney Graham, An Optical Illusion." and Emile Van Balberghe and Yves Gevaert's "Catalogue raisonne."
