Man Ray (Emmanuel Radnitzky, 1890-1976) was an American artist associated with both Surrealism and Dada and worked in both painting and photography. This exhibition catalog was published by the Hanover Gallery in London and remains an influential piece of book design, inspiring the famous metal board design for Madonna's infamous SEX book (1992).
